Description
Confirms that RDS snapshots are private and not publicly shared.
Remediation
Modify the RDS snapshot to be private.
Steps
- Log in to the AWS Management Console and open the Amazon RDS console.
- In the navigation pane, select 'Snapshots'.
- Choose the snapshot and select 'Modify Snapshot Attributes'.
- Remove any public accessibility options.
- Save the changes.
