Description

This control checks the compliance status of Systems Manager associations on EC2 instances.

Remediation

To remediate non-compliant associations, identify and investigate the association by viewing its history, then edit the association to correct the identified issue.

Steps

  1. View the association history in the AWS Systems Manager console.
  2. Identify and investigate the cause of non-compliance.
  3. Edit the association to correct the issue.
  4. Monitor the compliance status after editing the association.
