S3 Express Directory Buckets should have lifecycle configuration enabled

Description
This control checks if lifecycle rules are configured for an S3 directory bucket. It fails if lifecycle rules are not configured for the directory bucket, or if a lifecycle rule for the bucket specifies expiration settings that do not match the targetExpirationDays parameter value (if specified).
Remediation
Configure lifecycle rules for S3 Express Directory Buckets to manage object expiration.
Steps
- Open the Amazon S3 console.
- Select the S3 Express Directory Bucket.
- Go to the 'Management' tab.
- Under 'Lifecycle rules', click 'Create lifecycle rule'.
- Configure the rule to specify when objects should expire based on their age (in days).
- Optionally, configure rules to delete incomplete multipart uploads.
- Save the lifecycle configuration.
