Redshift cluster subnet groups should be tagged

Description

Flags Amazon Redshift cluster subnet groups that have no user-defined tags. Tags help associate subnet groups with their owning network and team; untagged subnet groups are operationally opaque.

Remediation

Apply at least one user-defined tag to every Redshift cluster subnet group.

Steps

  1. Open the Amazon Redshift console and choose Configurations, then Subnet groups.
  2. Select the affected subnet group and choose Edit tags.
  3. Add at least one tag with a non-aws: prefixed key.
  4. Save the changes.
