Redshift cluster subnet groups should have subnets from multiple Availability Zones

Description
The control checks whether an Amazon Redshift cluster subnet group has subnets from more than one Availability Zone (AZ). The control fails if the cluster subnet group doesn't have subnets from at least two different AZs.
Remediation
Add subnets in at least two different Availability Zones to the Redshift cluster subnet group.
Steps
- Open the Amazon Redshift console.
- Choose 'Subnet groups' and select the target subnet group.
- Edit the subnet group and add subnets from another Availability Zone.
- Save changes and verify the subnet group contains subnets across multiple AZs.
