Amazon Redshift should have automatic upgrades to major versions enabled
Checks that Redshift clusters allow automatic major version upgrades. With them on, Redshift installs new releases, which can carry security patches and bug fixes, during the cluster's maintenance window; the maintenance track decides which release that is.

How to fix it
- Interrupts service: Upgrades this allows run in the maintenance window, when the cluster is unavailable and running queries are terminated, so move the window to a quiet period first.
In the console

resource "aws_redshift_cluster" "this" {
cluster_identifier = var.cluster_identifier
node_type = var.node_type
allow_version_upgrade = true
}
