Confirms that RDS instances have enhanced monitoring configured.
Remediation
Enable enhanced monitoring for the identified RDS DB instance.
Steps
- Log in to the AWS Management Console and open the Amazon RDS console.
- Select the RDS DB instance and choose 'Modify'.
- In the 'Monitoring' section, enable 'Enhanced monitoring'.
- Select a monitoring interval and IAM role.
- Save the changes.
