RDS DB instances should be configured to copy tags to snapshots

Description

Checks if RDS instances are configured to copy tags to snapshots. This check also fetches the tags associated with each RDS instance.

To configure the identified RDS DB instance to copy tags to snapshots, follow these steps:

Sign in to the AWS Management Console and open the Amazon RDS console.
In the navigation pane, choose 'Databases'.
Select the identified RDS DB instance that needs to be configured to copy tags to snapshots.
Choose 'Modify'.
In the 'Backup' section, locate the 'Copy tags to snapshots' option.
Enable the 'Copy tags to snapshots' option by checking the box.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose 'Continue'.
On the summary page, review your changes. You can choose to apply them immediately or during the next scheduled maintenance window.
Click 'Modify DB Instance' to apply the changes.
