RDS DB clusters should be configured for multiple Availability Zones

Description

Checks if RDS DB clusters are configured for multiple Availability Zones. This check also fetches the tags associated with each RDS DB cluster.

To configure the identified RDS DB cluster for multiple Availability Zones, follow these steps:

Sign in to the AWS Management Console and open the Amazon RDS console.
In the navigation pane, choose 'Databases'.
Select the identified RDS DB cluster that needs to be configured for multiple Availability Zones.
Choose 'Modify'.
In the 'DB Cluster Options' section, find the 'Multi-AZ deployment' option.
Change the 'Multi-AZ deployment' setting to 'Yes' to enable deployment across multiple Availability Zones.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose 'Continue'.
On the summary page, review your changes. You can choose to apply them immediately or during the next scheduled maintenance window.
Click 'Modify DB Cluster' to apply the changes.
