RDS automatic minor version upgrades should be enabled

Description

Checks if RDS instances have automatic minor version upgrades enabled. This check also fetches the tags associated with each RDS instance.

To enable automatic minor version upgrades for RDS instances, follow these steps:

Sign in to the AWS Management Console and open the Amazon RDS console.
In the navigation pane, choose 'Databases'.
Select the RDS instance for which you want to enable automatic minor version upgrades.
Choose 'Modify'.
In the 'DB Instance Options' section, find the 'Auto minor version upgrade' option.
Set the 'Auto minor version upgrade' option to 'Yes'.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose 'Continue'.
Review your changes and choose 'Modify DB Instance' to apply the changes.
Monitor the status of the RDS instance. The changes might take a few minutes to apply.
Verify that the automatic minor version upgrade is enabled by checking the instance details after the modification is complete.
