Description

This check ensures that OpenSearch domains are configured with at least three data nodes to ensure high availability and resilience.

To configure an OpenSearch domain with at least three data nodes, follow these steps:

Open the Amazon OpenSearch Service console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/opensearch/.
Choose the domain that you want to modify.
In the navigation pane, under Cluster configuration, adjust the number of instances to at least three.
Choose Save changes.
