Verifies that Amazon MSK clusters have enhanced monitoring enabled at PER_TOPIC_PER_BROKER level or higher.
Remediation
Set the MSK cluster monitoring level to PER_TOPIC_PER_BROKER or higher.
Steps
- Navigate to the Amazon MSK console
- Select the MSK cluster
- Go to 'Monitoring' settings
- Set monitoring level to PER_TOPIC_PER_BROKER
- Apply the changes
