Batch job queues should be tagged

Description

Flags AWS Batch job queues that have no user-defined tags. Tags help associate queues with their owning team, environment, and cost centre; untagged queues are operationally opaque.

Remediation

Apply at least one user-defined tag to every Batch job queue.

Steps

  1. Open the AWS Batch console and choose Job queues.
  2. Select the affected queue and choose Edit.
  3. Under Tags, add at least one tag with a non-aws: prefixed key.
  4. Save the changes.
