App Runner services should be tagged

Description

Flags AWS App Runner services that have no user-defined tags. Tags help with ownership attribution, cost allocation, and incident triage; untagged services are operationally opaque.

Remediation

Apply at least one user-defined tag to every App Runner service.

Steps

  1. Open the AWS App Runner console and select the service.
  2. Choose the Configuration tab, then Tags.
  3. Add at least one tag with a non-aws: prefixed key (e.g. Owner, Environment).
  4. Save the changes.
